Korean BBQ

Normally when we visit a Korean BBQ restaurant, we could only order one or two flavors in a meal. This was because the portion of the pork belly dish are large. Even if you have a large group of people you might not be able to try out 8 flavored pork belly at a time.

But now we have discovered a place that you can try out all 8 flavored pork belly at one time even with only 2 person dinning!

Palsaik Korean BBQ is the place to pork belly lovers. Palsaik in Korean means ‘eight colours’ denoting the eight different flavors of pork. They are known for their 8 Flavors Samgyupsal (pork belly/bacon).

Palsaik serves fresh local pork belly meat seasoned with eight kinds of special sauces (ginseng, wine, pine leaves, garlic, herbs, curry, miso and hot pepper) and all-you-can-eat fresh veggies.

All the colors are naturally-derived, making the pork served at Palsaik 100% natural and free from coloring and synthetic flavor additives. This is one of the reasons Palsaik Samgyupsal is such a healthy meal.

There are a sequence to follow to maximize you eating pleasure. You have to start with the ginseng flavor followed by wine, pine leaves, garlic, herb, curry, miso paste and then hot pepper. The pork belly was soft and juicy and of course filled with all the flavors marination.
