A dish that is guarantees to make you hit the buffet line repeatedly is our signature Sup Gearbox; it is thick, creamy, slightly sour and spicy stew-like soup made from cattle’s bone marrow.

The Wonders of Iftar buffet at Terazza Brasserie in Dorset Grand Subang will transport guests to the Middle East with an enchanting ambiance of wispy colorful drapes, scintillating lamps and resplendent tents. The alluring sounds of Arabic instruments playing in the background throughout the evening will complement the colorful element of the Middle East. Guest can expect buka puasa over an assortment of delectable Middle Eastern, Western, European and Local cuisine at its all day dining restaurant cum Arabian paradise.
Available at RM 155 nett per person, Terazza Basserie will bring a delight to this year’s Ramadhan through its sumptuous feasts specially catered by the hotel’s culinary experts.
Break fast with a generous serving of Tabbouleh and Arabic bread paired with Hummus, Tahini and Labneh. Thereafter, indulge in special dishes such as Nasi Briyani Gam, Nasi Mandy with Roasted Whole Lamb and Hainanese Chicken Rice.
